Single match:
Court:Qianball court includes service zone, forbidden zone and fall zone. The court is 7.8 meters long and 7.6 meters wide, and formed by side line, base line, mid line and service line. Court is divided into two parts of A and B. Service line is 2.1 meters from net, mid line is 3.8 meters from side line, the mid of net is 0.78 meters high, the area formed by net, side line and service line is forbidden zone. Court line is 5cm wide. The intersection point of mid line and service line is Qianball point. When playing put the heavy bag on the intersection of service line and mid line¡ªQianball point. Qianball doesn't have restricted request on the size of fall zone.
Single practice:In single practice, player can strike out ball with any angle, any distance and any strength deliberately. By the pulling strength of string, ball will come back from right side when you hit it to the left; the ball will come back from left when you hit it to the right; when you hit the ball heavily it comes back fast; with small strength it comes back slow. Keep practicing to promote your playing technique, enjoy yourself; Qianball has lots of moving lines and combination of strategies.
Single match:Qianball adopt the system of 1 score each ball and 3 sets of 5 sets for men, 2 sets of 3 sets for women, who gets 15 points first wins. When the score is double 2, who gets 2 points ahead wins. If it is deadlocked who gets 25 points first wins. In match every 2 points change service right, every 4 points change sides. If two sides both reach 14 points, at this time, change service every point.

Double match:
Double match of Qianball is similar with Ping Pang in service way. In double, first server will serve twice, every 2 points change service, former receiver changes to be server, former server changes to be receiver, every 4 points change sides. Every 8 points, change service and receive orders between partners. Every player hit in turn, any player should not hit twice in a time, two sides hit in turn.
Since double match needs cooperation between two partners, tactics is important;the two should be like one to combine the goodness of them, so as to play better than any single. Since there's lots of tactics and changes in double, double match is more difficult, more severe, and more tactical.
Team match: score method in team match is same as that in single. In the match set score is decided by the points of set. Who get more points wins, gets 2 points; loser gets 0; if the score is same, both get 1 point. Ranks: ranks in round match are decided by scores.
